Book Club

  • 📖 January Book Hello Book Club! We took a break in December to enjoy the Holidays!  Our next meeting will be Thursday, January 17th at 7:30pm, WE ARE MEETING AT THE DENALI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BUILDING instead of the library because of a school board meeting.  We will discuss  Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng.  Vanessa will bring book suggestions and a snack.  Our February book will be The Story of Edgar Sawtelle by David Wroblewski -  "It's gutsy for a debut novelist to offer a modern take on Hamlet set in rural Wisconsin--particularly one in which the young hero, born mute, communicates with people, dogs, and the occasional ghost through his own mix of sign and body language.     You are invited to come and celebrate Alaska’s longest season at the 19th-annual Denali Winterfest 
    February 22-24, 2019! This community-wide event features a variety of activities, with something for all ages, interests, and abilities. 

    Denali Winterfest is organized and supported by the National Park Service, Denali Borough and Denali Borough School District, Denali Education Center, Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture, Alaska Geographic, and additional community organizations.
