📖 **POSTPONED** Next Book

Because the Library will be closed next week, we will reschedule our next book club meeting until some time later in April, date to be announced.  If you have a preferred date in April, please send an email to TVCL.bookclub@gmail.com.  Once a date is determined, another announcement will be posted.

Our next meeting will be Monday, March 23rd at 7:30pm in the Library, Vanessa will bring book suggestions and a snack.  We will discuss The White Dawn: An Eskimo Saga by James Houston, there are copies available at the library!

About the Author 

JAMES HOUSTON, Canadian author and artist, made his first journey to the Canadian Arctic in 1948 in search of a new land to paint. There he found a warm, friendly people living in a vast, cold, and hauntingly beautiful world. He lived with the Inuit and Indian people in the Arctic for twelve years and grew to understand them and their way of life. He has since traveled widely in the Arctic region, from Iceland to Alaska, as well as in Scandinavia, Russia, Mexico, and Europe.
